Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Shootistan, provided by PICKYOURPIC PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us"), at shootistan.com and app.shootistan.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for making sure your team members use the Service properly. Accounts are for businesses; you must be at least 18 to create one.

2. Early access (pilot)

The Service is currently in early access. Features may change, be added or removed, and occasional interruptions may occur. During the pilot the Service is provided free of charge. Prices published on this site are indicative and apply only after public launch, with notice to you.

3. Your data

Data your studio enters into the Service belongs to your studio. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access other studios' data, sending spam through the Service, uploading unlawful content, or interfering with the Service's operation. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Availability and support

We work hard to keep the Service available and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, especially during early access. Support is provided by email and WhatsApp as described on the Contact page.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its design and its software are owned by PICKYOURPIC PRIVATE LIMITED. Your data remains yours. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or loss of profits, arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing).

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonable. On closure, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will post updates here and, for significant changes, notify account owners by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
