This Privacy Policy explains how PICKYOURPIC PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use Shootistan at shootistan.com and app.shootistan.com (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account identifier. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Studio data. Information you and your team enter into the Service — such as leads, client names and phone numbers, quotations, bookings, payments and notes. This data belongs to your studio.

Usage information. Basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the Service secure and reliable.

2. How we use information

We use information only to provide and improve the Service: to operate your studio account, to keep the Service secure, to fix problems, and to contact you about your account or the pilot programme. We do not sell your data, and we do not show advertising.

3. Data isolation and security

Each studio's data is isolated at the database level using row-level security. Access is protected by Google Sign-In. Changes to records are logged. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and backed up daily.

4. Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties except: (a) service providers who host our infrastructure (such as cloud hosting in India), bound by confidentiality; (b) when required by law; or (c) with your explicit consent.

5. Your clients' data

Your studio enters information about its own clients into the Service. For that data, your studio is the controller and we act as a processor on your instructions. Please collect and use your clients' information responsibly.

6. Data retention and export

Your data remains available while your account is active. You can export your data at any time. If you close your account, we delete your studio's data within 90 days, except where the law requires us to keep records longer.

7. Cookies

The Service uses only essential cookies needed for sign-in and security. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and note the new date above. For significant changes we will notify account owners by email.
